Biographical Details

U Htet Linn brings over 17 years of IT industry experience, with a diverse background including 9 years in the financial sector and 8 years in manufacturing and system integration. He joined Yoma Bank in 2019 and has been serving as the Acting Chief Technology Officer since March 2024. Before stepping into this role, he was Senior Manager responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Architecture function.

Prior to Yoma Bank, U Htet Linn worked as an Enterprise Architect at Digital Money Myanmar Limited (Wave Money) and accumulated valuable IT experience across multinational environments in Myanmar, Malaysia, and Singapore. His expertise spans software development, project management, system integration, enterprise architecture, technology operations, and IT governance. He is recognized for effectively aligning technology services with business strategies, bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. In addition, he is proficient in applying agile methodologies, like Scrum, to foster organizational growth and efficiency.

U Htet Linn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Rome Business School and a Bachelor of Computer Science (B.C.Sc) from the University of Computer Studies, Mawlamyine.
