Over 3,000 of Yoma Bank employees across the country traveled and gathered under one roof to celebrate Yoma Bank’s 25th Anniversary together at the Pun Hlaing Estate in Yangon on July 28th, 2018. 25for25- The Surprise Shopping Experience, Yoma Bank in Partnership with Ocean Supercenter

Yoma Bank partnered with Ocean Supercenter to surprise shoppers at City Mall St. John and Shwe Gone Dine Ocean Supercenters. Shoppers were selected randomly as Yoma Bank surprised over 100 shoppers.

25for25 – Vision for Future, Yoma Bank in Partnership wtih Pun Hlaing Siloam Hospital

Yoma Bank is partnered with Pun Hlaing Siloam Hospital to offer free expert assessment of eye health and vision performed by Dr. Daw Khin Thandar Myint and Dr. Daw Pa Pa Lynn Tint to children ages between 5 and 8.83 children received no-cost comprehensive eye exams and prescription glasses as part of “Vision for Future” eye health event.

25for25 – A Day with Yoma Bank and Grab in Mandalay, Yoma Bank in Partnership with Grab

Yoma Bank partnered with Grab to offer free GrabThoneBane rides in Mandalay as part of Yoma Bank 25th Anniversary’s. Over 400 trips were offered to 800 customers throughout Mandalay city and a few trips to the Sagain region.

25for25 – Memory International Film Festival 2018

Yoma Bank is proudly sponsored the Memory!International Film Festival in Yangon. Over 75 local and international films were screening at the outdoor of Maha Bandoola Park and giving out free reusable water bottles in support to reduce the plastic waste in the city.

As part of Yoma Bank’s 25th Anniversary, Yoma Bank was proudly sponsoring landscape, nature and travel photographer Ye Naing Wynn’s “One World Through My Lens” Photo Exhibition. As a passionate nature and travel photographer, Ye wants to take this opportunity to share his memories of travels around the world in the past 5 years.

25for25 – Book Donations to Myanmar Library Association

Yoma Bank was donated required books to The Myanmar Library Association to support for the improvement of school library across the country.

As one of the celebrations of Yoma Bank 25th Year Anniversary, Yoma Bank is partnered with Oracle and Phandeeyar to host “25for25 – FinLit Hackathon” which was held at Phandeeyar’s office in Yangon.

Our “A Lifetime of Plastic Consumption, 25 Years ago and Today” mobile awareness exhibition was successfully exhibited in Yangon,Mandalay and Nay Pyi Taw City by collaborating with Thant Myanmar.
